  27. Chris, you can change the black color by raising the 3 color bars of course,
  28. but perhaps you mean the relective qualities are missing.  Use diffuse and
  29. specular settings to see light reflect and reflection to see colors and
  30. image reflections.  Also, to see the block better you could change your
  31. background color to contrast the black block.
